Ten sells Eye UK business
Ten has announced the sale of its UK outdoor operations. The company has completed the sale of the former Eye UK operations to Airport Partners for £3.3 million.
The sale follows Ten’s deal locally to oOh!media for $113m.

Ten Network Holdings Limited (ASX:TEN) today announced, further to the release to market on 31 October 2012 relating to the sale of the out of home operations conducted by Eye Corp Pty Limited (“EYE”), that it has completed the on-sale of the Eye operations in the United Kingdom to Airport Partners at a cost to TEN of £3.3 million, together with usual working capital adjustments and transaction costs.
