The Athlete’s Foot highlights safe ways to shop in latest campaign

The Athlete’s Foot has introduced COVID-safe shopping features like online booking and virtual queuing in its new back to school campaign for 2021.

Continuing with its ‘Now That’s Fit’ branding which launched in late 2020, the shoe retailer’s new campaign emphasises getting customers in-store safely to get fitted for its new school range.

The hero TVC features concierge and fit technician Marissa recounting her experience with families who took advantage of The Athlete’s Foot and its different ways to shop.

The campaign also continues to drive MyFit Virtual, which allows customers to get fitted without coming into a store, and The Athlete’s Foot has also introduced free shipping across the new school range.

General manager of marketing, Deena Colman, said the retailer is giving customers more control over how they shop safely.

“Back to school can be an incredibly stressful and time-consuming experience for any parent.

“As a result, we are doing our best to make it easy for our customers to get their kids shoes sorted – whether this is getting fitted safely in-store or online with expert advice, we are giving the control back to our customers so they can get access to our fit experts easily and at a time that suites them.”

The new campaign went live in-store from December 29, and is set to roll out across January with radio, CTV, out of home and TV assets, as well as a ‘Kid’ adaptation that will run across 10shake.
