The Hundred with Andy Lee new season launches to 446k metro viewers

The Hundred with Andy Lee on Nine launched to 446,000 metro viewers on Tuesday Night, but it was the network’s Married At First Sight (MAFS) that won entertainment again.

The game show with Lee, known for his work with his comedic partner Hamish Blake, returned to Nine for a new season last night following MAFS.

MAFS, meanwhile, aired to 826,000 metro viewers and topped all three key advertising demos last night. The program has been on a winning streak since its launch on 30 January.

It was followed by Home and Away on Seven in entertainment, which pulled in 476,000 metro viewers.

The Chase Australia on Seven aired to 436,000 metro audience.

On Tuesday, Seven’s Australian Idol bettered Ten’s Australian Survivor. While the former brought in 417,000 metro audience, the latter was watched by 395,000.

The #1 news program on Tuesday was Seven News with 855,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven News at 6:30 with 842,000, Nine News with 707,000 and Nine News at 6:30 with 699,000.

Nine won the night with a 33.9% overall network share, followed by Seven with 27.4%, Ten with 15.4% and ABC with 14.9%.

The top-rated primary channel was Nine with a 27.2% share, but the top-rated multichannel was 7Two with 3.2%.

In the latest Daily Consolidated 7 Total TV Report for 31 January, MAFS last Tuesday was the #1 program nationally with 1.791 million Total TV viewers, including 569,000 on BVOD and an uplift of 70%. It was also the program with the biggest uplift.
