The Monkeys’ head of production, Thea Carone departs after 13 years

Accenture’s The Monkeys has seen the departure of its head of production, Thea Carone, who has left the agency after 13 years, Mumbrella can reveal.

Replacing Carone is Romanca Jasinski and Penny Brown.

Romanca Jasinski has been promoted to national head of production

Jasinski has been promoted from her head of production role in Melbourne to national head of production.

In addition, Brown has been promoted from her senior producer title to head of production in Sydney.

Mark Green, co-founder and group CEO at The Monkeys, said in a statement: “We are excited to see Romanca and Penny take on new chapters in their careers. They are big talents and will bring a wealth of experience to the wider team.

“It says something that we needed two talented people to step up to replace Thea who had been with us since the very beginning. Thea was a huge part of our story and Penny and Romanca will be a key part of our future.”
