The Voice wins Week 35 VOZ report with 2.3m viewers

The Voice Australia continues to be a force on both linear and BVOD television for Seven, with the Sunday night episode from television ratings Week 35 topping the latest Total TV Top 20 Programs Consolidated 7 Audience VOZ report.

The report, covering 22-28 August, saw The Voice take out the top three spots once again, with the Sunday episode taking 2.261 million viewers.

That episode had 259,000 viewers on BVOD, 11% of total viewership and the most BVOD viewers of the week. The Tuesday and Monday episodes had 2.187 million and 2.094 million respectively.

Seven had the top six programs overall, and also seven out of the top ten, with editions of Seven News taking out four spots.

Nine’s only programs in the top ten were editions of Nine News, but three episodes of The Block made it into the top 20. The most-watched episode was on Sunday, with 1.433 million viewers including 197,000 on BVOD (the highest percentage of total viewership for any top 20 program).

Nine and Seven took out 18 of the top 20 spots overall, with one program each from Ten and the ABC making the list.

One episode of Ten’s Australian Survivor came in at #16, with 1.161 million viewers, including 146,000 on BVOD. The ABC had its Sunday news bulletin come in at #14 with 1.292 million viewers.
