The week in TV: The X Factor scores two in a row as Ten makes no appearance

In the second last week of The X Factor, both Tuesday and Monday’s episodes rated One and Two for the week.

According to OzTAM, Tuesday’s result show had 1.51m viewers across all metro regions, while Monday’s performance episode received 1.418m viewers. It’s the second week in a row for The X Factor at top spot, which finishes tomorrow night.

The ABC’s Doc Martin climbed one place higher to third place despite losing viewers with 1.357m. Also making it into the Top Ten for the ABC was Gruen Planet at Nineth place with 1.168m.

Seven was the leader over the week with The X Factor, and nine shows in the top 20. Nine had Seven, and the ABC had four while Ten failed to make an appearance.
