The Works refreshes senior leadership team with 2 appointments

Kristie Thisltethwaite has been promoted to managing partner at creative agency The Works, while Jasmine Lansdell has been appointed as general manager – people and operations.

The moves come three months after it was announced that RXP Services, The Works’ parent company, had been acquired by Capgemini. Mumbrella understands that from 1 July The Works will report directly to Capgemini.

Thistlethwaite was promoted from her position as head of project management. She has been with The Works since April 2017. In the new role, she will manage business strategy, support creative development, and drive client growth.

Thistlethwaite said of her appointment: “I’m really excited about the momentum within the agency as we’ve seen some incredible growth with existing and new clients this year.”

Lansdell’s previous title was partner – people and culture. She joined the agency in November 2016. Lansdell will still maintain her responsibilities for people and culture, and also oversee day-to-day operations and financial management across both The Works and its content and production agency Daresay.

Lansdell said of her new role: “I’m proud to work for a business that truly puts its people first and now having a people lens on all financial and business decisions will continue to ensure that remains the case.”

Damien Pincus, The Works founder, added: “As The Works goes from strength to strength, I’m pleased that we’ve been able to promote people from within the agency to ensure we continue to drive forward. Both Kristie and Jas have shown strong leadership and business ability and are perfectly placed to work with our clients and people to continue with our momentum.”

The Works’ recent campaigns include work with Subaru, Goodman Fielder, and Aware Super.
