This is Flow adds string of end-of-year wins to roster

Independent agency This is Flow has won six new pieces of business since adding TPG Telecom’s new mobile brand, Felix, to its roster at the end of October.

Beauty retailer Face Mediskin has engaged the agency to handle its digital strategy, planning, and buying account, while five other health, fitness, and nutrition clients have appointed the agency after using its Digital Incubator platform.

“Working with the Flow team has significantly streamlined and improved the technical aspects of how we execute our paid marketing strategies,” said Face Mediskin CEO, Matt Perry.

“Their expertise in the industry, coupled with their alignment to our brand and values, is making the process an extremely rewarding partnership.”

In addition to Face Mediskin, King Bodies, Jordan Hartley Health, Coach Mark Carroll, Tamara Mayer Fitness and Hustle Inc Fitness all appointed the agency off the back of their experience with the Digital Incubator platform, which was developed during COVID-19 to give small businesses a place to access training, support, and access to the agency’s tools and team.

“Innovating our offering with the Digital Incubator has not only opened the door to a range of new clients, but showed how our team is able to adapt and evolve in a changing environment, and create an agile product built around strategy and value,” explained This is Flow’s digital lead, Matt Papasavva.

Founder Jimmy Hyett, who sits on the Media Federation of Australia board as one of two representatives for independent agencies, added: “We will continue to offer support for small to medium size businesses, but extend the platform to start-ups and growing companies as well.

“With some solid results to back up Digital Incubator, we can now build out the program to include online training and simple tools that can help more businesses transition into a digital world.”
