Thrive PR creates new senior leadership roles including appointment of Melbourne lead

Thrive PR + Communications has appointed a new Melbourne lead, and has made senior promotions, to continue strengthening its Melbourne team.

Thrive PR & Communications has strengthened its team creating new roles with Ashleigh Bruton appointed as Integration Director and Natalie Liebmann as Associate Director Thrive Sydney while Chloe Jeffers takes the helm of Thrive Melbourne.

Ashleigh’s appointment will see her lead Thrive’s in house creative, social and content function in Australia and New Zealand and drive 360-degree storytelling alongside the PR teams.

“It became evident from the moment we met, that Ashleigh could make a difference bringing our social, influencer and PR teams together and driving more data-led creative content and social-first opportunities for our clients,” said Leilani Abels, Thrive CEO. “Ashleigh has exceptional integrated communications, advertising, content and social media experience. Combining these functions under the one agency is in high demand by clients where they gain greater value with their budgets and higher returns.”

Ashleigh spent the past four years at Publicis Groupe leading a team of digital specialists, and for ten years prior to that she worked across Australia, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific and North American markets. Her strategic and creative expertise has led her to be one of Australia’s leading consultants in digital marketing for brands such as Lexus, Tourism Australia, Stellantis, GSK, Woolworths, Qantas, Proximo Spirits and many more.

Thrive Melbourne has strengthened its position in the Victorian market with the appointment of Chloe Jeffers who takes the helm as Business Director.

Chloe brings diverse experience across many communications platforms, weaving in storytelling at the core, bringing broad thinking having worked in agency, in-house and across broadcast delivering integrated marketing and earned media campaigns, managing major partnerships and delivering big brand events. Chloe’s experience has been across almost all major categories with deep seeded experience in FMCG, retail, government and sport.

Thrive Sydney has also created a new role with Natalie Liebmann joining as Associate Director and 2IC specialising in big brand consumer PR. She spent over seven years at iD Collective Sydney where most recently she was General Manager. Her expertise over the last decade has been in FMCG, tourism, liquor, consumer tech, fashion and retail with companies including Moët Hennessy Australia, Kmart, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Mondelez, LA Gear, Lush, DJI, Lacoste, Procter & Gamble and others.

Leilani said, “Natalie is a born and bred Sydney sider and knows the local market intimately. It’s a huge asset to clients wanting great PR and stand out social and influencer work.
