Ticketek signs up with Krux for new data management platform
Ticketek has signed a deal with Australian programmatic platform Krux to provide a more coherent offering to consumers and customers across its platforms.

Ticketek, Australia & New Zealand’s largest sports and live entertainment event ticketing company, has announced a partnership with Krux Digital Inc. to help generate a single customer view across its multiple platforms. As its data management platform (DMP) of choice, Krux’s technology will enable Ticketek to better serve its new and existing customers with relevant content and offers, as well as creating enhanced commercial offerings to venues and promoters.
Established in 1979 and integrating to a web-based platform in 1997, ticketek.com.au offers real-time 24/7 ticket purchasing, and attracts a monthly average of 1.9 million unique visitors. Its partnership with Krux will allow Ticketek to unify data silos from its various online and offline channels, zeroing in on that data to connect with its audiences more efficiently.
