Tim Cox departs ABC Tasmania for Gold Coast breakfast

Tim Cox abc ABC Hobart’s veteran presenter Tim Cox is to leave the station after 20 years to take over the breakfast shift on ABC Gold Coast.

Cox currently presents Statewide Mornings on both 936 ABC Hobart and ABC Northern Tasmania.

In 2009 he was named ABC Local Radio’s broadcaster of the year.

He last show will be on December 17.
