Tomorrow confirms September release
Paramount Pictures has announced that the film adaptation of Tomorrow: When the War Began will be released on September 2.
Tomorrow: When the War Began was shot last year in NSW and is currently in post-production. It was financed largely by Omnilab Media’s Ambience Entertainment.
Based on John Marsden’s successful book series, the film is writer Stuart Beattie’s directorial debut. It tells the story of a group of teenagers who return from a camping trip to discover that their town – and perhaps their entire country – has been invaded by enemy forces.
Paramount is in charge of distribution in Australia and New Zealand, and will release a teaser trailer and poster for Easter, and further promotional material
