Unions launch campaign calling for tax on super profits to fix housing crisis, via Campaign Edge
The Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) has teamed up with the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) to launch a new campaign via creative agency Campaign Edge, calling for a tax on super profits to fund affordable housing.
The campaign argues that such a levy could fund the construction of 53,00 social and affordable dwellings each year, assisting with efforts to ease the housing crisis.s
OK. So what am I supposed to do? Sorry but this is really poorly communicated.
If my maths are correct thats 9,641,509 per house.
$539598 x 947000 houses = $511,000,000,000 ?
This definitely feels like a Campaign Edge ad.
