Uniting promises it’s ‘always there’ in new campaign from DDB Remedy

Not-for-profit organisation Uniting is making a promise to always be there for Australians in need in a new emotive brand campaign from DDB Remedy – DDB’s healthcare agency.

The campaign focuses on the services Uniting and its employees provide through its residential aged care, home and community care, and independent living offerings.

As well as driving brand awareness for Uniting, the campaign also sought to raise awareness of Uniting’s early learning services for children.

DDB Remedy ECD Scott Smith said: “People entering aged care and/ or enrolling their children into early learning are at vulnerable stages of life and often facing crucial ‘change’ moments. From a creative standpoint, it was about sharing the way Uniting carers and educators empower and support their charges through those moments, emotionalising the brand to create a lasting connection with the audience.

“We are incredibly proud of the work and the role we’ve played in driving Uniting’s evolution to emotional advertising.”

The campaigns feature a montage of moments that occur in a Uniting care facility, narrated by a woman with the promise that Uniting will always be there for those who need it.

The multi-channel campaign encompasses press, radio, OOH and social in addition to two 30-second TVCs, cutdowns and 60-second versions for cinema and online.
