Ursa wins Vision Australia

Vision Australia has appointed Ursa to create a brand awareness campaign.

The announcement:

Following a competitive pitch, Vision Australia has appointed Ursa to lift the awareness of the Vision Australia brand name via a TV, print and digital campaign.

Formed following the merger of the Royal Blind Society of NSW (RBS), the Royal Victorian Institute for the Blind (RVIB), Vision Australia Foundation (VAF), the National Information Library Services (NILS), Hear a Book Tasmania, the Royal Blind Foundation of Queensland and Seeing Eye Dogs Australia (SEDA), Vision Australia is Australia’s largest and first truly national blindness agency, delivering services in every state and territory.

Trish Egan, General Manager of Marketing and Fundraising said: “Ursa is a very strong strategic partner for Vision Australia and their work in this pitch demonstrated to us their understanding of the needs of our organisation. It is a very competitive environment in the not-for-profit world and we are confident the Ursa solution will enable us to stand out and drive brand awareness and ultimately financial support for our critical work. “

Richard Wylie, partner at Ursa “We are absolutely delighted to have been chosen as the communications partner to raise awareness of the Vision Australia brand. VA is one of the most innovative and passionate not-for-profit organisations we’ve come across. The way they overcome seemingly impossible accessibility challenges for people with blindness and low vision on a daily basis is truly amazing. We didn’t have to look very far to find inspiration”.
