Duddy joins the agency from VCCP London where she was VCCP London’s UX director for four years.

Prior to joining VCCP in 2015, Duddy was a senior UX designer and researcher at Burberry.

“I’m very excited to bring the VCCP Cx offering to the Australian market, utilising the proven methodology and tools we’ve developed within our UK team.

“In the Age of the Customer it’s essential that we help our clients truly step into their consumers’ shoes and create products, services and communications that not only match their needs, but pre-empt them,” Duddy said in a statement.

The new arm aims to help clients grow their business by improving brand experience.

Kim Feitelberg, executive planning director at VCCP Sydney, said in a statement: “Brands today are increasingly built through experience. So as a challenger agency, we’re always looking for clever ways to help our clients create more differentiated and competitive experiences for their customers.

“Launching VCCP Cx was a natural progression and allows to drive product and service initiatives beyond just communications.”
