Versa appoints Tomas Haffenden as futurist

Digital and experience agency Versa has announced the appointment of Tomas Haffenden into the new role of futurist.

Haffenden will support clients and partners to manage change and leverage emerging technologies, specifically, conversational AI.

Haffenden joins with a long history in technical, production, creative and strategy roles. His background includes roles as conversational consultant to On_Msg, Creative, digital producer at The Works, and CX digital strategist for Business Australia.

Haffenden will host Versa’s Future Conversations podcast, sharing his insights with industry thought leaders and CEOs.

Kath Blackham, CEO at Versa, said Haffenden’s appointment would deliver added value to clients in the fast-growing and changing innovation and conversational AI space.
