Vinyl Group ends the week with a 4.4% slump
Vinyl Group finished Friday on a down note after a week in which it revealed further cuts to the company’s editorial ranks.
The company, which has pledged to get to breakeven before the end of this quarter, ended the week down by 4.4%, giving it a market capitalisation of $117m.
On Tuesday Vinyl Group ousted Mediaweek editor Dan Barrett and head of content Frances Sheen, replacing them with TV producer Duane Hatherly.

It was also a negative day for Seven West Media (down 3.6%), Ooh Media (down 0.4%) and Enero (down 1.5%).
Sports Entertainment Group, owner of SEN Radio, surged by 10%, while ARN Media was up by 2.9%.

The Unmade Index closed on 472.5 points, down 0.42% for the day.
