Virgin Australia has been recognised by a global aviation industry body for its work bringing together all of Virgin’s Australasian brands under one identity.
“Virgin Australia is proud to have won in the Marketing category at the Airline Strategy Awards, which was announced at the official ceremony held in London on 8th July 2012. The Airline Strategy Awards are determined by an independent judging panel comprising of five former airline chief executives and one industry analyst. This is a great achievement for our airline as marketing has played an extremely important role in establishing our new brand identity. All of our campaigns have been designed to showcase our new, contemporary product in the air and on the ground – and to go beyond this to encapsulate what sets our airline apart, that is – the vibrant and dynamic energy of our staff”.
