Virgin Mobile hires David Scribner from Aristocrat as marketing director
Virgin Mobile has appointed the former Telstra head of mobile marketing David Scribner to lead its marketing operation. He replaces Anthony Hearne, who left to join News Ltd in July last year.
Scribner joins from gaming machine manufacturer Aristocrat where he was head of marketing.
Sue Bailey, CEO for Virgin Mobile said: “I am delighted that David has joined Virgin Mobile and brings with him a wealth of experience in the marketing profession. We look forward to him starting in late April and with his strong Telco background have no reservations that he will fit right in.”
Scribner will oversee a team of 40, which covers brand, product marketing, customer marketing and acquisition.
