Vizeum appoints digital director

Vizeum Sydney has created a new role for a digital director and Jane Clinch has been appointed to the role.

The announcement:

Vizeum Sydney today announces the appointment of Jane Clinch to the newly created role of Digital Director.

Jane joins Vizeum having held digital roles at News Limited and Fairfax and is charged with driving the digital product forward for Vizeum Sydney, educating the team in trends, technology and developments in the space and aligning it to strategies for the benefit of their clients.

Jane will be working across Vizeum Sydney’s full client portfolio which includes brands such as Peugeot, Red Bull, Carnival Cruises, Accor and Vizeum’s most recent win, Pernod Ricard, as well as providing new business support and strategy.

Jane says, “There is no ignoring the importance of digital in modern media agencies. As the impact of digital grows and evolves from strategy to implementation, I look forward to focusing on innovations and trends in a dynamic and ever changing industry. With their talented team and focus on strategic thinking, I am very excited to join and be a part of the great work happening at Vizeum.”

Of the appointment, Vizeum Sydney’s General Manager, Nick Behr said, “Jane’s role will pull together our already strong digital competencies and ensure that we remain at the forefront of all things digital. She comes to us with a clear understanding of the business and its objectives; with rounded experience from both agency and media roles.”

In other news from the agency, Emily Bosler, former Head of Digital, has been promoted to Business Director and will be managing the Pernod Ricard account.

Jane begins work in Vizeum’s Sydney office this week.
