Vogue Australia launches Fashion’s Night In

Vogue Australia has announced the launch of an online shopping night to be run through its website on June 8.

VOGUE Australia has launched a new initiative Fashion’s Night In with the generous support of PayPal to celebrate the best of fashion shopping online. The one-night-only online shopping event is an exciting compliment to the hugely successful VOGUE Fashion’s Night Out in September and kicks off online on June 8 from 5pm -11pm AEST at vogue.com.au.

VOGUE Fashion’s Night In was created in response to current research that shows increasing levels of online shopping in Australia both domestically and abroad. Powerhouse online retailer Net-A-Porter.com lists Australia as one of its biggest international markets* and research from ThinkSpot further reveals that 45 per cent of respondents purchase online fashion and 28 per cent purchase a beauty item online at least once a month.**

Kirstie Clements, Editor-in-Chief, VOGUE Australia says, “Online shopping plays a pivotal role in the life of modern Australian women and their growing demand for access to both local and international fashion. Fashion’s Night In is to engage that audience in a celebration of online shopping where vogue.com.au unites a selection of great brands to provide exclusive offers to our audience for one night only.”

Over 90 Australian and international brands and online shopping portals are participating in Fashion’s Night In. They include:

Beauty brands Clinique, Estée Lauder and Napoleon Perdis, as well as Myer, Sportsgirl, Oroton and Georg Jensen are also involved.
