Western Union makes Australian TV debut
Western Union has launched its first TV campaign in Australia, targeting Australians sending money to the UK. The campaign was created by agency Loud.

The campaign carries the tagline ‘Make sure the thought counts’.
“Our challenge was to come up with a simple idea to show that cash really does beat all of those bad gift mistakes that can be made shopping online,” said Joe Van Trump, executive creative director at Loud.
“We used a fun visual device that takes viewers on a journey through the Western Union story, including animation that we created in-house,” he added.
