WhiteGrey bags creative and brand work for restaurant finder The Fork

TripAdvisor-owned The Fork Australia has appointed WhiteGrey as its brand and creative agency, its third account win in recent months.

The WPP AUNZ agency will lead brand strategy and creative design for the restaurant finder and booking app.

WhiteGrey Australia chief executive Lee Simpson described The Fork as having “huge potential”.

“We’re looking forward to helping shape the future of the business,” he said.

The Fork head of marketing James Walmsley said it was impressed by the agency’s “creativity, fluency in technology and strong effectiveness record”.

“Their passion for achieving results through open and collaborative partnerships is perfectly aligned to our business,” he said. “There is also a clear cultural fit and a shared business ethos that is important to us. I’m very pleased to welcome WhiteGrey to our team.”

The appointment comes shortly after WhiteGrey appointed Simon Wassef as chief strategy officer. and follows recent account wins for Red Rooster and WWF Australia.
