whiteGREY nabs The General Store’s Olivia Kaufman as managing partner

Creative technology agency whiteGREY has appointed The General Store’s Olivia Kaufman to the newly created role of managing partner, heading up the Scentre Group and Glaxo SmithKline business across the agency.

Kaufman joins the agency after two and a half years at The General Store as group account director, and previously was group account director/ new business director at creative agency ODD, returning from the UK office to Australia to launch the agency’s Sydney operations.

Her experience extends across roles in Sydney, London and New York City, specialising in the retail space, having worked across for iconic retail brands including Tesco F&F, Old Navy, Freedom Furniture, Seafolly, as well as extensive FMCG experience having worked on Pepsi Co, Diageo and brands in the P&G portfolio to the agency.

Justine Leong, general manager, Sydney, whiteGREY said the agency’s growth has resulted in expansion of its teams across all disciplines, and she was delighted to have Liv on board bringing a combination of international and local knowledge and expertise to the table.

Kaufman’s appointment is effective immediately. She will report directly to Leong, and will be a member of the agency’s leadership team.
