It’s a fast-paced media landscape out there. Dr Mumbo would probably be completely unaware if his team was talking about him on some mysterious new fan-dangled social media thingy.
Which is why he feels he has something in common with The Australian’s media columnist Errol Simper (for whom the word veteran may have been invented).
A tweet by The Age’s political contributor Martin McKenzie-Murray to the AFR’s James Massola triggered a conversation between Simper’s colleagues about getting him on Twitter became a swap-meet for their tech support adventures.
