Winners & Winners for Seven in Tuesday’s ratings

Seven’s new female-focused drama Winners & Losers appears to have found a solid audience, with the second episode winning Tuesday night with average ratings of nearly 1.6m.

The third episode, aired immediately afterwards, delivered just over 1.4m, winning its timeslot.

The show made its debut last week in Seven’s Packed To The Rafters timeslot with an audience of 1.611m.

Meanwhile, production company Fremantle announced this morning that it has picked up the international distribution rights to the first series of Winners & Losers, which it says will consist of 22 episodes.

David Ellender, global CEO of Fremantle Media Enterprises, said: “Winners & Losers is a truly fantastic addition to the FME drama slate of programming. Seven Network have a great eye for quality drama and Winners & Losers has all the right ingredients to be a big global success.”
