Creative agency The Works and parent company RXP have launched a new content agency, Daresay.

The Works and RXP have also hired four previous employees of iSentia’s strategy and content division, King Content, following its closure late last year, including Ruth Haffenden who will join the Daresay team.

Daresay’s team: Ruth Haffenden, Rachel Solomon, Paige Richardson, Damian Pincus (co-founder and creative partner The Works), Jessica Hodkinson, Jake Ward, Ross Fielding (CEO, RXP), Yanni Kyriacos

Haffenden, who was the general manager at King Content in Australia, will become the head of strategy and content at Daresay, while Rachel Solomon becomes the head of broadcast and content.

“Strategically led content, created efficiently which delivers results for clients are the driving principals behind the creation of Daresay,” Haffenden said in a statement.

Daresay’s offerings include video, post-production, design, animation, editorial, amplification and analytics.

Following the closure of King Content,  RXP and The Works reached an agreement to continue working with a number of its existing clients.

Daresay already has clients including Optus, Intuit, Rentokil, Masterpet, Brother, Primo Small Goods and Snap Printing.

Ross Fielding, CEO at RXP, said in a statement: “Daresay has been launched in collaboration with The Works to meet a growing demand for integrated content production that has strategic insight at its core.

“RXP already works with tier one businesses on building their online and digital capabilities and we see a number of opportunities for Daresay to play a significant role with that, in addition to working with other partners on enhancing their content marketing.”

The Works was acquired by ASX-listed digital services consultancy RXP Services in August last year.
