WPP’s Sunita Gloster joins Accenture Australia as a senior advisor
Following her exit from WPP AUNZ earlier this year, Sunita Gloster has joined consulting company Accenture Australia as a senior advisor across its communications, media and technology practice.
Gloster will focus on the media and platforms industry, helping clients identify new avenues for growth and reinvent experiences.
Gloster will report to comms, media and technology boss Jonathan Restarick and work with a number of large telecom companies, media companies and emerging software and platform companies.
Restarick said the experience Gloster will bring to the role is incomparable.
“Sunita has a reputation for being a connector of people, solutions and building partnerships that all drive the customer growth agenda. She brings a wealth of experience to Accenture that will enable our clients to capitalise on disruptions triggered by new customer and employee experiences and expectations. I am delighted to have her on board,” he said.
Gloster left WPP in March this year by ‘mutual decision’ after a year as its chief customer officer. She had joined WPP after two years with PwC as CMO Advisory director and advisory board director.
Before that, she was CEO of the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) for four years, and had a short stint at Ten as chief commercial and strategy officer.
Gloster has also added an advisor role for UN Women Australia to her portfolio.
Hhmmm,
Certainly doing the rounds…….but good luck, any new job (in fact any job!) is a good one these days.
