Wrights promotes Reena Llanillo to general manager
Independent PR agency Wrights has promoted Reena Llanillo to general manager, to oversee growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Australian public relations stalwart Wrights is forecasting 25% business growth this financial year.
The independent communication firm has announced the appointment of Reena Llanillo as its General Manager to oversee its growth in Australia and New Zealand.
“We have seen strong business growth this calendar year, and we expect to continue hiring to meet the needs of our growing workload,” said CEO Douglas Wright.
“It is time for yet further renewal at the consultancy, something that happens almost continuously in the fast-paced communication industry, and I am delighted Reena has accepted the role of general manager.”
In her new role, Llanillo will continue to work with Douglas Wright to identify growth opportunities in the region, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and expand its talent pool, both in-house and outsourced.
“Reena has strong business acumen and a natural ability to lead. Her track record in delivering impactful work makes her the ideal person to bring new talent and refresh the firm’s approach to changing and challenging technology,” Wright added.
Llanillo joined Wrights in late 2023, spearheading the firm’s high-profile accounts such as Hungry Jack’s, Make-A-Wish Australia, and C.H. Robinson. She has played an instrumental role in driving client success and elevating team performance.
“As I step into this new role, I am looking forward to building on the momentum we have created in the past two years. We have bold ambitions for Wrights and a clear vision of where we see ourselves in the next 12 months, continuing to deliver ideas that set our clients apart,” said Llanillo.
