WSFM rebrand dominates Adshel’s Town Hall spots

Adshel’s outdoor advertising network at Town Hall Station in Sydney has been consumed by the rebrand campaign for the Australian Radio Network’s WS FM 101.7.

The announcement:

Adshel, Australia’s leading provider of outdoor advertiser solutions, have unveiled a spectacular ‘domination’ of one of Australia’s best known and heavily trafficked railway stations for the rebranding of ARN radio station “WS FM101.7”.

The campaign in Sydney’s Town Hall Station launches with WS FM101.7 ‘owning’ the station integrating Adshel’s state of the art digital network with large-scale wall and floor decals strategically placed in high-traffic areas.

The high impact executions throughout the station complement a digital launch and TV campaign for WSFM’s rebranding, with ARN able to take advantage of the large format digital screens to run the best part of their beautifully shot new TV and video footage

Adshel’s CEO Rob Atkinson said with so many sites in one location, station dominations offer brands the opportunity to completely immerse the consumer in high impact eye level digital and static executions.

“Town Hall Station is one of the country’s busiest commuter hubs and this unique use of our out-of-home products has been proven to be a real winner in captivating, cutting through the clutter and connecting with premium audiences,” he added.

ARN’s national marketing director Anthony Xydis said the domination at Town Hall and the use of the Adshel digital network was a perfect way to extend the multi-channel campaign for the rebrand into a high traffic environment, following the success of a similar campaign for KIIS 1065.

“WS FM101.7 is one of Sydney’s favourite radio stations, and working with the strength of Adshel’s network has allowed us to share the story of the rebrand, headlined by popular breakfast duo ‘Jonesy & Amanda’ in a really innovative and high impact way,’ he added.

Adshel’s Sydney Trains 186-screen digital display and interactive network spans 14 CBD and inner-suburb Sydney Train stations including Wynyard, Town Hall, Martin Place, Bondi Junction and Central.

The network allows advertisers to engage passengers with digital content on over 1.4 million commuter journeys made each day.
