Xcllusive Business Sales acquires Coast to Coast Australia

Brokerage business Xcllusive Business Sales has acquired Coast to Coast Australia magazine.

The title, which specialises in the private sale of businesses, will seek to provide Xcllusive’s brokerage clients with an end to end proposition.

Edited by Mark Willoughby, the first edition under the new ownership features an interview with tech entrepreneur Steve Baxter. It will also include articles on how to prepare cafes and restaurants for sale and determining value of stock on settlement.

The new title will also provide clients with advertising opportunities, through social media, newsletters video content and the in-house magazine.

A spokesperson for the business said it was important clients had the tools and knowledge base to buy and sell businesses.

“That is what our editorial content will focus on. It is our intention to offer equal parts great editorial for our readership and great businesses for sale for those interested in that,” the spokesperson said.

The quarterly title will run in news agencies and airports across Australia.
