Commenting on the new collaboration, Sarah O’Carroll, Yahoo Finance Australia’s Editor-in-Chief, said: “Since I first heard about Thrive Global I immediately thought its vision and purpose very much aligned with Yahoo Finance’s. Thrive Global wants to end the stress and burnout epidemic and Yahoo Finance Australia’s core mission is to empower our audience to lead not just a prosperous, but a purposeful life.

“Yahoo Finance already helps our readers take control of their finances, but what we’ve learned in 2020 more than ever is at the end of the day, your health is your wealth. This partnership will help us bring even more practical steps to our readers to help beat burnout and find balance. I look forward to our first kick-off event together that will provide inspiring, tangible action points to our Women’s Money Movement community.”

Alex Christou, Managing Director and Professor of Practice at Thrive Global APAC, said the partnership is a ‘natural fit’.

“The stories on Yahoo Finance focus on everyday Australians and are really aimed at empowering them to lead fulfilled lives, whether that’s through their finances, careers, mental health, mindfulness, education or other areas. This vision completely aligns with Thrive Global, we’re all about supporting people struggling with stress and burnout and giving them the tools and resources to help.

“Having just launched our new website recently, we’re extremely excited to team up with Yahoo Finance, leveraging their expert journalism whilst tapping into their incredibly engaged community of readers.”
