YouGov, Westpac and Deloitte confirmed as final speakers at Finance Marketing Summit
YouGov’s BrandIndex global boss, Westpac Group’s head of payments and Deloitte partner are the final speakers to be announced at next month’s Finance Marketing Summit.
The global CEO of YouGov’s BrandIndex, Ted Marzilli joins the Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit as an international keynote to reveal latest findings into the brand health of Australia’s major financial services companies.
The New York-based Marzilli, who was previously senior VP, corporate development at The Nielsen Company where he developed global strategy for the financial services industry, will also provide an overview of how new technologies are impacting consumer perceptions of financial services brands.
In other key additions to the speaker line-up, Kareene Koh, strategy partner in Deloitte’s customer service practice, joins a panel discussion on customer experience. Koh works with boards and financial services executive teams to envisage and design customer experience transformation programs and has extensive experience working closely with both major banks and disruptive players.
Meanwhile, joining a session on mobile commerce is Westpac Group’s head of payments strategy, Matthew Wood, who oversees the Westpac, St. George, BT, RAMS, Bank of Melbourne and BankSA brands; as well as Mark Hodgson, a product consultant with Samsung, working on Samsung Pay.
The Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit will be held at Sydney’s Amora Hotel Jamison, on Thursday, September 22.
