Young Lions winners from Clemenger, OMD, Universal McCann and DDB
The winning teams for the Australian Young Lions competition have been revealed across the print, cyber and media categories.
Universal McCann’s Maura Tuohy and OMD’s Eb Yusuf have taken out the media category; while DDB’s Jim Curtis and Erwin Santoso won in print.
In the cyber category, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne’s Nicholas Kelly and Calvin Teoh were the winners.
All three briefs for the final round of competition were for Reach Out, which asking entrants to develop a response within 24 hours addressing the issue of binge drinking among young people.
The winning teams will represent Australia at the 2010 Young Lions Competition in Cannes June 20-26 and will compete against an international field of Young Lions from around the world.
The local Young Lions competition was run by News Limited which is the official Australian representative for the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival.

- Natalie Dummigan, Freelance and Brett Walsh, Pusher
- David Weir and Alice Le, Soap
- Nicholas Kelly and Calvin Teoh, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne (WINNER)
