Yasemine Trollope appointed Good Health’s beauty editor

ACP’s wellbeing title Good Health has appointed Yasemine Trollope as the magazine’s beauty editor

The announcement:

3 February, 2012 – ACP Magazines’ trusted health and wellbeing title, Good Health, today announces Yasemin Trollope (née Turker) as its new beauty editor.

Yasemin is an award-winning beauty writer, editor, online video presenter, TV regular and social marketing expert. She has just returned to Australia after living and freelance writing in New York.

Good Health editor Catherine Marshall said: “In the six years since embarking on her beauty writing career, Yasemin has captured the attention and respect of readers and industry peers in Australia and overseas.

“We are delighted Yasemin will offer her experience and knowledge of beauty, health and well-being to Good Health readers.”

Yasemin Trollope said: “I am so excited about joining the Good Health team and sharing my insights from overseas and at-home with an entirely new audience. Health and well-being are at the forefront of women’s minds today, and I’m thrilled to be jumping into such a well respected, positive environment where I can hopefully make a difference to our readers’ lives.”

Yasemin started her beauty writing career at marie claire more than six years ago. Since then she has gone onto beauty edit Famous and primped.com.au, where she was also editor.

She has spent the past year living and working in New York as a freelance writer.

Yasemin replaces Shonagh Walker and starts her new role on Monday, 13 February.
