Reactive makes shift to staffing line up
Digital agency Reactive have made shifts to its staffing to see Tim Kotsiakos promoted to ECD, George Katsaras move from art director to associate creative director in the melbourne team, Aurelien Boucher promoted to project manager and in the Melbourne office, Julian Gilchrist formerly development lead at Igloo has become sitecome solutions architect.

Reactive Announces Several Internal Promotions and New Staff Developments
Reactive, an award-winning digital agency, today announced that the company has promoted a number of long-serving staff members to senior roles across the company and has added two new positions to the team. These moves are a result of strong financial growth across Reactive’s five global offices and align with the company’s vision of creating new opportunities for staff development.
Tim Kotsiakos, most recently the Creative Director for Reactive, has been promoted to Executive Creative Director. As Executive Creative Director, he is responsible for leading the global design team at Reactive as well as providing a central, creative voice to the company.
George Katsaras moves from Art Director to Associate Creative Director in the Melbourne team. In this position, he is responsible for ensuring the quality of the concept and design meets Reactive’s high standards for creative excellence.
Aurelien Boucher has been promoted from Senior Project Manager to Project Director. In this Executive role, he will focus on leading the Project Management team and ensuring top delivery to clients across all digital projects.
In addition to these key senior appointments, Reactive is proud to announce a new hire in our Melbourne office. Julian Gilchrist, formerly Development Lead at Igloo, has moved into a Sitecore Solutions Architect role.
