2045 reveals major client wins and expands leadership team
AI-powered creative agency 2045 has expanded its portfolio, acquiring Bupa and Lids Australia as clients.
The leading healthcare insurance provider has appointed 2045 to its agency village, entrusting the creative agency with a significant remit focused on technology and innovation.
Bupa Health Insurance general manager Naomi Driver expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration.
“As we continue to evolve, 2045’s expertise will be instrumental in helping us deliver more personalised, efficient, and impactful experiences for our customers,” Driver said.
2045 founder Tim Evans also shared his excitement about the new partnership.
“Joining Bupa’s agency village is a significant milestone for 2045. Our focus has always been on leveraging AI to amplify creativity and drive efficient execution,” he said.
“We are excited to bring our unique approach to Bupa, helping them lead the way in customer experience and setting new standards in the healthcare industry.”
2045 will work with the sports merchandise label Lids to oversee the creative direction for the brand and retail in Australia.
Lids Australia general manager Joel Biggins said he is thrilled to have the agency onboard: “Their innovative AI-driven approach and proven ability to deliver omni-channel experiences make them the perfect partner for us. We’re excited about taking both the in-store and out-of-store experiences to the next level.”
Evans added: “We’re pumped to team up with Lids. The brand has such incredibly creative DNA that we’re excited to build on locally. We can’t wait to make some magic from screen to store.”

Mike Jones, Tim Evans and Jen Pham
Following these major client wins, 2045 has expanded its leadership team, appointing Jen Pham as executive producer and Mike Jones as design director.
Pham and Jones have both previously worked alongside Evans at B.B.E, the agency he co-founded and later sold to McCann/HERO.
Pham will oversee the agency’s expanding portfolio of clients. With her extensive background in managing large-scale projects, she is poised to drive 2045’s mission of Big Ideas. Semi Automatic Execution.
“The agency’s focus on using AI to drive creative effectiveness and efficiency is exactly where the industry is heading, and I’m eager to be part of a team that’s leading the charge,” she said.
Jones brings a deep expertise in design leadership, particularly in integrating cutting-edge design principles with AI automation.
“Working with Tim again at 2045 feels like coming full circle. The investment they’ve made in their new Smart Studio is a game changer – I’m really excited about what we can offer modern marketers,” he commented.
Evans said the duo joining 2045 is not just a strategic move but also a personal milestone.
