Cakes 0; Careless hack 1
It’s been a pleasingly eclectic week for PR goodies arriving at Dr Mumbo’s mansion.
On Monday came the APN didgeridoo. Yesterday an intriguing package arrived boldly wrapped in colourful ribbons.
Sadly the one part of the process not planned for in the beautiful delivery was the human factor. By the time the box had been tucked under one arm, rattled around to listen to the contents, and something sharp been located to cut the ribbon, the gift was reduced to this.
Happily the chocolate cakes – to mark the 10th anniversary of Windows Live Messenger – still tasted pretty damn good.
