ACP’s Andrew Stedwell appointed CFO

Andrew Stedwell has been appointed chief financial officer, effective 24January. He will report to ACP CEO, Matthew Stanton.

The announcement:

20 January, 2012 ACP Magazines today announced the promotion of Andrew Stedwell to Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Stedwell is currently Subscriptions Director and Publisher, Specialist and ACP Books.

He takes up his new role on 24 January and will report to ACP’s CEO, Matthew Stanton.

Mr Stanton said: “Andrew is exceptionally qualified to become ACP’s CFO, with broad magazine and media experience across finance, publishing and marketing.

“He knows the company very well, having spent the past 14 years in various roles including Business Manager with our Trader publications, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager and – most recently – Publisher and Subscriptions Director.

“He will be a great addition to the senior management team.”

Mr Stedwell said: “This is a great opportunity for me to bring the perspective and understanding I’ve gained across many areas of the magazine business to progress ACP’s strategic development plan.

“I am excited about working closely with Matt and the ACP team in my new role.”

Mr Stedwell’s promotion follows Mr Stanton’s appointment as CEO at the start of this year.
