Adland in 2019: A poem

Dr Mumbo’s not really a fan of rhyming. He’s never nailed the timing. Plus, he’s more into miming.

Luckily, the folks at UnLtd seem much more inclined to rhyme, and have found the time to make a poem out of the year that was – redundancies, Proseccos, events, achievements, mental health and all.

‘Twas the week before Christmas, and the industry was still,
Clutching to those Xmas lunch Proseccos, careful not to spill.
It got me thinking about the year that has been
And all the challenges and redundancies that our industry has seen.
But despite the news often focusing on the scary and bad,
It’s time to celebrate the positive impact our industry has had.
