ADZ Collective grows management team with two new appointments
Creative agency ADZ Collective has made two senior management appointments to drive the company’s growth in 2019.
Former AFL partnerships team leader Stephanie McKenzie has been appointed head of account management while Hugh Baulch joins as general manager from independent digital agency, Penso.
Prior to Penso, Baulch was a senior adverting and design manger at Coles and previously worked for BWM Dentsu, TBWA, Ogilvy and Cummins & Partners.
Baulch has worked on accounts including Virgin Airlines, Pedigree, Pacific Brands, Sky TV UK, Peroni UK, Target, Officeworks, realestate.com.au and Kmart.
McKenzie spent the past four years at the Australian Football League as senior leader within the partnerships team managing relationships with sponsors including Toyota, NAB and Virgin Australia.
Prior to the AFL, McKenzie worked in the Melbourne offices of Ogilvy, DDB and BWM Dentsu on accounts including Myer, Origin Energy, Telstra, Latitude Financial and Simplot.
