Air New Zealand’s Christmas message smashes records set by its 2014 effort

The latest viral from Air New Zealand telling the tale of a boy who moved from Broome to New Zealand being worried Santa won’t find him has broken records for the airline.

The story of Santa Stop Here has broken all locally created content records in just a few short days, as the Airline continues its online content push as part of its Meanwhile in New Zealand campaign.

Air NZ santaFigures from Air New Zealand showed the viral had reached more than 4 million views and more than 3,200 comments and 30,000 shares in social media.

It has also garnered more than 45,000 likes on Facebook.

Created by Host and Two Bearded Men the campaign has doubled the engagement of last year’s Christmas message, as it tells how the boy’s father makes a special landing pad for Santa’s sleigh, with, of course, the help of some mates from the airline.
