Prior to her stint at TBWA she was a planning director at JWT Melbourne for one year.

Witts will work alongside AJF’s head of strategy Pieter-Paul von Weiler.

“AJF has long been an agency I admired for their commitment to and investment in the planning discipline.

“There is a true appreciation for planning and the important role it plays not only in the creative process but also in creating outcomes for clients’ business. This is matched with an independent spirit, a strong sense of partnership with clients and the fact that the agency is filled with really good people.

I am excited to be part of this agency’s future, helping to further shape the strategic offering and produce great creative work,” Witts said in a statement.

AJF Partnerships’ clients include Officeworks, GM Holden, Lion, Target, Coles Liquor, Bupa, Forty Winks, Goodyear and Dunlop Tyres, Brown Brothers and the Jodi Lee Foundation.
