Amazon Web Services appoints new head of communications ANZ

Amazon Web Services (AWS) has appointed Cameron Craig as its new head of communications Australia and New Zealand.

Craig is replacing Dan Chamberlain, who was appointed head of public sector communications for Asia Pacific and Japan in August 2021 after leading the ANZ communications team for two-and-a-half years.

According to Craig’s LinkedIn, he joins from Californian smart window company View, where he held the position of head of corporate marketing from April 2020 to June 2021. Craig has also worked at Polycom, Visa, PayPal, Apple and Yahoo.

In Sydney, Craig was account director at Porter Novelli from 1997 to 1999.
