An audience with Dark Lord Fisher

To Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion for the shiny IAB Awards, under the compereship of Adam Spencer.

Reflecting on the rock heritage of the venue, Spencer introduced the IAB’s boss to the audience as “The Ozzy Osbourne of the Australian internet… Paul ‘The Dark Lord’ Fisher”.  

Which is a nickname that Dr Mumbo will be delighted to stick with henceforth.

Meanwhile, two soundbites stuck with Dr Mumbo. After Fnuky’s anti-censorship campaign for GetUp beat the Jesus All About Life campaign, agency boss  Jeremy Irvine told the audience: “It’s great to see censorship finally beat Jesus.”
