The announcement:

Leading Outdoor provider, APN Outdoor, has appointed Danielle Harris-Walker as their new Campaign Activations Manager, working within the Operations Team. The role requires an imaginative engineering mindset to be able to bring a creative agency’s vision into a reality.

Harris-Walker comes to the role from a traditional path in the business, through the Assets’ team. Her focus will now be working on building a suite of concepts and technologies to offer creative agencies when they are designing their Outdoor campaigns.

Recent bespoke build campaigns by APN Outdoor include: ‘Soap is harsh’ by Dove and ‘Soup of the day’ by Heinz. The nature of Outdoor advertising lends itself perfectly to special builds, 3D sculptures and environmental manipulation.

Paul Peters, APN Outdoor’s General Manager of Operations, said: “At APN Outdoor, we are dedicated to delivering every campaign to the highest standard. We know that when it comes to campaigns that utilise bespoke builds, the room for error catapults, so it’s a pre-emptive strike to have a dedicated team member overseeing the installation from start to finish to eliminate any room for error.”

Harris-Walker said: “My chief goal going into the role is to make the bespoke build process as easy and straight forward as possible for our clients, whilst still gaining maximum impact for their advertising campaign.”

Harris-Walker takes up the position in quarter four this year.
