ARN launches instore iHeartRadio for Business app

ARN has announced the launch of iHeartRadio for Business, an in-store radio app that will be delivered in partnership with background music provider Mood Media.

The partnership will use Mood Media’s in-store experience services which including music, messaging, digital screens and scent while ARN’s iHeartRadio app will deliver the content to consumers’ mobile, tablet or desktop devices.

The companies claim the service will push the in-store experience and branding opportunities beyond the confines of the physical stores and opening times.

“Combining the in-store expertise of Mood Media with the power of iHeartRadio, this partnership enables retailers to offer their customers the ultimate ‘Store to Door’  experience,” said Geraint Davies COO of iHeartRadio Australia.

ARN established the Australian version of iHeartRadio in 2013, following a deal with the US-based service, and claims the local app has been downloaded over 1m times.
