Arnold Furnace toasts Jack Daniels win

Arnold Furnace has been appointed lead Australian agency for Jack Daniels brand and communication work.

The Tennessee Whiskey was flowing, the ice chinking and a there was more than a whiff of celebration in the air at Arnold Furnace this week as the agency toasted the arrival of one of the world’s most iconic drinks brands.  Brown Forman has awarded the Jack Daniel’s brand to Arnold Furnace as it enters one of the brand’s most exciting periods in its 150 year history.

As lead agency in Australia, Arnold Furnace will manage the brand’s communication strategies and creative direction, and work with Brown Forman’s other agency partners and the global team.  This will include a number of new initiatives for the brand in Australia over the next 12 months. The appointment comes after the hugely successful ‘King Bee’ launch of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey by Arnold Worldwide in the US.
Sarah Nichols, Marketing Director of Brown-Forman, said, “The passion and craftsmanship of the Arnold Furnace team make them the perfect fit for the Jack Daniel’s brand.  We’re already working with them on a number of projects and we’re very excited about the partnership.”

Tony Singleton, Managing Director at Arnold Furnace said the win is being celebrated ‘properly’ by the team at Arnold Furnace – over a few JD’s of course. “It’s not often you get the opportunity to work on a brand with such a rich history and authentic brand narrative. ‘Everyday we make it, we’ll make it the best we can’ was something that Mr. Jack lived by, and something we like to think we live by also.  We’re delighted to be working with such a great bunch of people and a brand we all have a personal attachment to.”
