Assembl partners Street’s Paddle Pop with Peter Alexander for sleepwear

Asembl has partnered Street’s Paddle Pop with Peter Alexander for a sleepwear collection.

Unilever Australia’s licensing agency, Asembl has partnered up Streets’ Paddle Pop ice-cream with Australia’s favourite sleepwear retailer, Peter Alexander. High-res images attached for media use

Launching this month as part of Peter Alexander’s Wander Down Under campaign, the first-time Paddle Pop short and t-shirts pieces include a women’s pyjama set and one for men. The summer sleepwear sets feature the classic and iconic Paddle Pop branding and imagery.

“Paddle Pop has long been one of Australia’s favourite brands with so many consumers holding onto sweet memories year after year. This sleepwear set is a match made in ice-cream heaven, nostalgia that warms you inside and out! Peter Alexander captured the fun and playfulness of Paddle Pop brand perfectly,” said Unilever Australia Marketing Manager, Annie Lucchitti said,

“Ever since it launched in 1953, Australians have loved the delicious taste of Paddle Pop ice-creams. We are thrilled to be partnering Streets Paddle Pop with another Australian icon, Peter Alexander for this exciting pyjama set launch which will be in-stores and online just in time for the warmer spring and summer months. This range between Paddle Pop and Peter Alexander is guaranteed to be a very sweet sleepwear success,” said Asembl Managing Director, Justin Watson.

Streets’ Paddle Pop will feature in all the Wander Down Under marketing activities including an extensive digital campaign, in-store oversized Paddle Pop cut-outs and the iconic ice-cream packaging to be included in visual merchandising displays within the Peter Alexander retail space. The Paddle Pop range will also be included as part of Peter Alexander’s Christmas campaign across the months of November and December.
